At AHAVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Dead Sea mineral skincare; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
